Green Britain Centre

On Monday 19th March we went to the Green Britain Centre. When we arrived we learnt about the safety of the Centre. We went there because we are learning about Modern Britain.

When we got there we watched a little film about the Green Britain Centre. Then after we watched the video we climbed the turbine. We had to climb 305 steps and once we got to the top everybody tried to see what we could see in the view.

When we got down we learned about Nemesis and other vehicles. Some of us were able to sit in Nemesis.

After that we did the eco trail, then we made our own little turbines and saw lots of other turbines. Some of them had 3 blades, some had 5, 10, 6 or 1 blade.
