Scones

The children are certainly getting quicker in their mixing as some scones were made, cooked and back out of the oven ready to take home that afternoon. They certainly looked delicious so I hope they were enjoyed by all those lucky enough to sample them.

The skills learnt last week were remembered well with the rubbing in done quickly and efficiently. Use was made of the new pastry brushes to brush the tops before cooking - another skill.
