Mirrors

Everyone knows that mirrors reflect things but what exactly are reflections?

We did several fun activities with mirrors to see what happens when the image is reflected. These included trying to read reflected writing, trying to draw along a maze when all you could see was the reflection of the maze in the mirror but not your hand (very difficult!) and what happens when two mirrors are placed at right angles.

When we look at ourselves in a mirror do we see a true image of what we look like? Try comparing your reflection to a photo of yourself.
