Phonics Cafe

On the 3rd March 2020, we had our second Parent's Cafe - this time with a Phonics focus!

The parents were shown a video talking about what Phonics is and how important it is that we get it right!

Then we had a go at the various activities set up in and outside of the classroom! We had magic words we had to reveal and read, rhyming games, syllable games, reading races, target throwing, writing in sand, writing tyres and sorting sounds! Take a look at us having a go at the various activities.
